The 5 week challenge launches Saturday, May 1 and runs through Saturday, June 5th
3 20 - 45 minute at-home workouts
1 20 minute pilates-inspired workout or yoga flow
1 LIVE 30 minute full body workout with me every Saturday
That's 5 full follow along workouts every week for 5 weeks for a total of 25 full length workouts with me
We're getting our minds right this summer! I’ll be posting a different journal template each week during the five weeks. Each prompt will focus on chasing a positive mindset and will help you determine which prompts you want to incorporate into your everyday morning routine.
I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite brands to give one winner each week a little gift from me to help you reach your goals & enjoy this summer! All girls enrolled in the challenge will be automatically entered to win each week & winners will be announced every Friday on my Instagram stories.

This challenge is so much more than getting fit for summer – I’ll be posting and checking in with you girls every day to see what you’re up to and how you’re feeling throughout these next 5 weeks. SATURDAY MAY 1
Launch day!! 30 minutes of full body work! So excited to meet you girls & lead you through movement during our first class together.
MONDAY MAY 3
30 minutes of slow & controlled Pilates inspired movement to kick off this challenge. No equipment necessary, ankle weights are optional.
TUESDAY MAY 4
Turning up the energy with this 30 minute full body workout! We're working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 to move into a fat burning zone that is challenging & sustainable. Recommended equipment - 10 lb dumbbells.
WEDNESDAY MAY 5
Pushing, pressing and pulling our way through 20 minutes of upper body work. Recommended equipment - 10 lb dumbbells.
FRIDAY MAY 7
20 minutes of consistent booty & ab work to tone those major muscle groups. No equipment necessary.
SATURDAY MAY 8
30 minutes of fun & high energy. Keep an eye out on my IG stories for who this week's special guest will be!
