Summer Moves and Mind with Olivia Victoria and Jennifer Christine is our 4 week summer mind and body glow up program.
Reset your mind and body and join us for weekly live at home workouts and life coach sessions!
The 4 week challenge launches Sunday, May 1 and runs through Sunday, May 29th.
3 20 - 45 minute at-home workouts
1 20 minute pilates-inspired workout or yoga flow
We're moving through 4 follow along workouts every week for 4 weeks - 16 LIVE at home workouts that you will have access to on demand for x weeks.
You will be joining weekly hour long sessions with my very own Life Coach, Jennifer Christine.
We're showing up together to show you how to step into the person you want to be. Topics you can expect:
Self reflection and how to listen to your mind and body
Intention setting for what you want
Acting on your dreams
How to build confidence and trust with yourself
Sessions will be live and uploaded to on demand for x weeks as well.

SUNDAY MAY 1
Launch day!
We are so excited to meet you and begin this month long reset.
Two videos will be released today: a mindfulness practice and our first live coaching session.
MONDAY MAY 2
30 minutes of full body intentional movement to kick off this program! We're flowing through lots of different moves curated to challenge and tone your body.
No equipment necessary, ankle weights are optional
TUESDAY MAY 3
Pushing, pressing and pulling our way through 25 minutes of upper body work.
Recommended equipment: 5 and 10 lb dumbbells
WEDNESDAY MAY 4
20 minutes of consistent booty & ab work to tone those major muscle groups.
Recommended equipment: 10 lb dumbbells and a resistance band
FRIDAY MAY 6
Slowing down our movement with 30 minutes of controlled Pilates inspired movement.
No equipment necessary, ankle weights are optional
